First let me say thank you for choosing to attend the Arizona winter Recruit and Search and Rescue Trainings where you will be paid using a new checkstub creator software. I hope you all have a safe and happy holiday.
Below is the updated list of travel information I have. Unit Commanding Officers please make sure that your cadets and their parents are receiving this information as many of your cadets do not have email address in Magellan. If you live in Arizona it is assumed that you will be driving your cadets to training and there is no need to provide a travel sheet. All cadets that are from outside of Arizona please complete the attached travel sheet and return it to me ASAP. Just as a reminder all cadets that are flying in to Sky Harbor make sure that you have the contact information for ENS Baker 801-864-6442 and WO Baker 801-541-6196 with you. Once you arrive and have picked up your bags stand by in the baggage claim area that is where the Office will come and get you if they are not already standing there. Cadets that are being transported by POV either from Arizona or from out of state please plan to arrive NO EARLIER THAN 1300. You will access Papago through the north Entrance see the attached map for directions to the north gate.
Graduation will be at 1100 on 3 Jan 15. If you plan to attend please arrive by 1030 more details on graduation will be post to the web site http://azseacadets.org/area-15-training-command/ and to the Face Book page https://www.facebook.com/groups/874690869229034/.
